Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork loin roast (not tenderloin)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening sauce)

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels, then season all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Once hot, add olive oil and sear the pork loin on all sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
