Grilled Peach and Burrata Crostini Appetizer Recipes

I’ve always believed the best appetizers are the ones that make you pause mid-conversation, tilt your head a little, and say, ‘Wait, what is this magic on toast?’ That’s exactly the kind of moment this recipe brings. We’re talking crisp crostini topped with creamy burrata, grilled peaches that taste like summer itself, and a drizzle of honey that makes everything sing. You don’t need to be a chef to pull this off, trust me. I grilled the peaches in my backyard once and my neighbor literally leaned over the fence to ask what smelled so good. The smoky sweetness of the fruit meets the richness of the burrata in such a way that even people who claim they ‘don’t like fruit on bread’ end up reaching for seconds. So, whether you’re looking for crostini recipes that impress without stress, a burrata recipe salad spin, or even a fun twist you could turn into a burrata pizza recipe later, this appetizer is your golden ticket. Honestly, if you’ve been on the hunt for peach recipes, recipes grilled with love, or just something new for your collection of grilled recipes, this is the one that earns you applause every single time.
